Emily is the Editor of the Journal of Cyber Policy, an Associate Fellow at Chatham House's International Security Department, and CEO of Oxford Information Labs - Internet Intelligence, Software and Research. Emily has made numerous TV and Radio appearances as an expert in the field of cybersecurity, including BBC News, Sky TV, Newsnight, and appeared as the guest expert on BBC Radio 4 Now Show.
Mark has worked for over a decade in the Domain Name industry as a senior software developer. Mark is the architect behind several successful software administration systems: including Nominet's DRS system, educational systems, Text 2 Speech for the BBC and more. He also provides database expertise for the annual IDN World Report - a multi-year research project by EURid, UNESCO, with the support of Versign and the regional ccTLD organisations.
Lucien is the founder of Oxford Information Labs, ENWAU, ENWAU and the creative force behind several innovative software systems and business solutions. Lucien designed and implemented the original Nominet Dispute Resolution workflow, which supported more than 100 live cases at multiple stages. His work includes developing systems for HM Government, BBC, educational establishments, insurance and the technology industry.
Andrew Bennett, founded Whois-Search while at University in 2002, and worked as Domains Manager at 123Reg for 6 years. He was elected to Nominet’s Policy Advisory Board for 2 years in 2007. Andrew is a co-founder of ENWAU and as CEO has led the ENWAU team since 2013.
Nathan is responsible for UX, back-end development, and specialises in mobile apps and Angular frameworks. Nathan is also a chief contributer to the Kinikit and Kinibind open source frameworks.
Patrick joined ENWAU in 2017, and contributes to help documentation and graphics and design.
